The IEG grant review application (bug 62170) is nearing completion of it's initial minimum viable product for the Fall 2014 review cycle. I would like to have a component in Bugzilla under the "Wikimedia" product to track defects and the tasks that will be needed to complete the initial deployment.
Please add me <bdavis@wikimedia.org> and Siko Bouterse <sbouterse@wikimedia.org> as the initial default CC.
