Description

Example PDF with huge icon

Dunno if that's expected/makes sense. In general, the layout for images works quite well in the new PDF rendering, hardcoded as it is.

Inline images are rendered at approximately their size on the web page. Floating images are rendered as full-column floating figures in the LaTeX output.

As already announced in Tech News, OfflineContentGenerator (OCG) will not be used anymore after October 1st, 2017 on Wikimedia sites. OCG will be replaced by Electron. You can read more on mediawiki.org.

Declining this task as OCG has been dead for years and superseded by Proton and Electron-PDFs on Wikimedia servers. Cannot reproduce this problem anymore nowadays. If there is still an issue with currently available PDF export on Wikimedia servers, then please file a new ticket with updated information and steps to reproduce. Thanks!
