As already announced in Tech News, OfflineContentGenerator (OCG) will not be used anymore after October 1st, 2017 on Wikimedia sites. OCG will be replaced by Electron. You can read more on mediawiki.org.
Unclear which exact website this is about; on English Wikipedia I'd get Page using Template:Infobox film with unknown parameter "LEN", so cannot reproduce as I don't know where to find a template with a parameter LEN these days.
Declining this task as OCG has been dead for years and superseded by Proton and Electron-PDFs on Wikimedia servers. If there is still an issue with currently available PDF export on Wikimedia servers, then please file a new ticket with updated information and steps to reproduce. Thanks!
