It does not stay at 0% anymore (bug 71993 has been tackled) but still ends up with "Rendering process died with non zero code: 1"

While I've seen many articles where PDF creation worked fine, here's another one where it fails with the same error message:

These bugs on different pages probably don't have a common cause, but we'll leave them lumped together for now.

There are a number of threads on Phab for this fault

The problem is also reported about 2 or 3 times a week on the Wikipedia Helpdesk, I think the fact the problem is split over a dozen Phab threads is also diluting the importance of it.

I think having one central thread would help collate occurrences and be a central point for reporting new articles with the problem, would help find a solution quicker.

Explicitly adding the Parsing-Team--ARCHIVED - any timeframe for investigation?

Given this, I'm tagging Parsoid, I may be dead-wrong. (perhaps related to T91173, I have no idea.)

I am not sure this is directly related to Parsoid. @cscott will have to look into the OCG bigs when he has more time (given that we are juggling a lot of things with a small team).
