Previously, there was only one entry per page in my watchlist, even if that page had been edited multiple times.
After the MediaWiki update at Commons to 1.25wmf4, every *change* is listed in my watchlist (resulting in some pages listed multiple times).

[[:c:Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-watchlist]] under "Advanced options", "Expand watchlist to show all changes, not just the most recent" can be de-activated again and then it'll be back to normal.
