Is there an alternative on Labs?

Not that I am aware of. I raised the bug to keep track of it.

-untagged Work on image pages that don't have any license template on a

site given in the format "<language>.<project>.org, e.g.
"ja.wikipedia.org" or "commons.wikimedia.org".
Using an external Toolserver tool.

I don't think it's actually used. checkimages.py does it locally it seems. We can probably just remove it.

Should be removed, so as to not confuse users
