In VE on Mac click Ctrl+1 which should insert Page Title - nothing happens.

All other shortcuts - Ctrl+0,2-7 - work.

Ctrl+1 works in IE 11.

Works for me in Safari 8, Chrome 38 and Firefox 33. What browser were you using?

Ctrl+1 does not work in any of browsers on my Mac - Safari7, Chrome, and FF 38.

And I did not see any shortcuts assigned to Ctrl+1 in my System preferences.

So, it was actually set as one of your shortcuts as we have seen yesterday.Changing Status back to Resolved Invalid.
