dragging gallery to Media

  1. VE: insert media(a picture) and a gallery.
  1. Attempt to drag a gallery into Media and drop - a horizontal vertical line will be displayed. The screen recording is attached.

Note: happens *only* with dragging a gallery.

Those thin lines are visible only in VE - they are not preserved upon saving, so the priority is Low.

This doesn't seem to be a problem any more. It was probably caused by some exception in drag-and-drop code preventing it from cleaning up the marker after the content was dropped, but it would be a lot of effort to try to reproduce that now.
