It seems to be an issue with that image:

Error creating thumbnail: convert: no decode delegate for this image format `/tmp/magick-sgYYJLOh' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/532.
convert: missing an image filename `/tmp/transform_cd2ad1774bd9-1.jpg' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3011.

The given link rendered correctly here. I can only see any issue when going to https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Nouvelles_archives_de_l%E2%80%99art_fran%C3%A7ais,_3e_s%C3%A9rie,_tome_13.pdf&page=0 :
"Error creating thumbnail: Invalid thumbnail parameters or TIFF file with more than 50 MP".

Obviously not a problem anymore nowadays (cannot reproduce) hence closing
