Remove the "confusing" under reported data for Edits and Pages Created in Vital Signs

Description

changes in metric definition to include all namespaces for Edits and Pages Created causes a visible step up when viewed in Vital Signs. [1] [2]

Research team has requested we remove the old data that was computed with the old definition (everything before Nov 1st). This is so they don't have to answer questions about the nature of the boost.

Scope change: remove all data, not just the data before Nov 1st. This work is now a subtask of T78305.

We decided to remove all the the data and start backfilling newly because:

  • labs issues caused bad data everywhere, now just before Nov 1st (so we would have to delete all eventually
  • we're going to start re-running the data immediately

Done as of a few hours ago. Vital signs will have no data until tonight when the reports will run again. I will be babysitting the new runs as closely as possible over the next few days. If all goes well, I'll let it run and backfill more, as much as we think we can do within the 3 hours we're allotted each night.
