Description:
We're noticing a massive registration of fake accounts with random name and no
edits on it.wikipedia (see URL above), probable work of bots.
In order to prevent this further - and fearing a possible automated vandal-fest

• we'd like to have the "captcha" filter enabled for the registration of new users.

A message will inform the users unable to pass the test to apply to OTRS for
assistance.
