Translations of special pages names of extensions disables canonical names

Description

With r19915 translations into German of special pages names of the extensions
"cite" and "linksearch" are committed.

These translations disable the canonical forms [[Special:Cite]] and
[[Special:Linksearch]] ("No such special page")

http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3ALinksearch&target=*.maps.google.com
fails, only
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3AWeblink-Suche&target=*.maps.google.com
works well.
