filtered by namespace much like [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Newpages

Sure it would, this is my first time filing an enhancement request though and
didn't know if these should be all-encompassing. If so I'd like to see the
reason field viewable as well, but not at the expense of delaying my original
enhancement request.
