If a page is protected and has cascade protection enabled, and this page is
including a template that in it's self is protected, the edit notice ontop of
the editbox is showing the cascade protection warning:

"WARNING: This page has been protected so that only administrators can edit

it because it is transcluded in the following pages (which are protected with
the "cascading" option enabled). Ensure that you are following the ",
instead of the ordinary:

"WARNING: This page has been protected so that only administrators can edit

it. Ensure that you are following the protected page guidelines."
