Hello,

Please change the default language in "MessagesAy.php" to Spanish (es), since
Aymara is spoken in South America (Bolivia, Peru, Chile).

Also, please update the second line of the file by replacing "Tahitian (Reo
Mā`ohi)" with "Aymara". It seems that "ay" has been mistaken for "ty"
(Tahitian), so the actual file could be moved to "MessagesTy.php".

It was done with r20797, but this revision isn't live, due to a big database
schema update we are are still at r20145 on WMF projects. Please be patient, we
are waiting all :) Thank you.
