I'm hosting some wikis on one domain and I'm using a shared path for all
CategoryTree extension, e.g:
The current configuration of CategoryTree requires that the "extensions" path
*should be* inside the wiki. I propose to add a new variable
$wgCategoryTreeExtPath (default: '/extensions/CategoryTree') to allow user to
configure their path (in my case: '/../extensions/CategoryTree').
