Please create the Kabyle Wikipedia ([[m:Requests for new languages/Wikipedia
Kabyle]]) with the following configuration:

• subdomain, XML lang code, and interwiki link prefix 'kab';
• enable [[Special:Import]] on kab.wikipedia from fr.wikipedia and en.wikipedia;
• install the following extensions: [[mw:Extension:CategoryTree]],

Cross-namespace links, [[mw:Extension:MakeBot]], Makesysop,
[[mw:Extension:Renameuser]], [[mw:Extension:CharInsert]], [[mw:Cite/Cite.php]],
[[mw:Extension:ImageMap]], [[m:ParserFunctions]], [[m:Poem Extension]],
[[m:Newuserlog]], [[m:SpamBlacklist extension]], and [[mw:Extension:Username
Blacklist]].

Some of the code to do so in LocalSettings.php is provided at [[m:Talk:Requests
for new languages/Wikipedia Kabyle#Status]] for convenience (copied verbatim
from the instructions); it may need to be tweaked to work with Wikimedia's
setup. Since similar settings may be requested in the future, feel free to paste
the actual code needed.
