Description:
The patch I'm about to attach adds the ability to specify a namespace for
Special:Allpages within a wikilink.
For example, to link to the pages list for the User namespace, you can put
Special:Allpages/namespace:User
The "namespace:" at the beginning of the param is the magic bit, I'm assuming
it's unlikely to clash with a page name someone would want to start the list
with. :)
