InScript and InScript 2 cannot have the same name.

This addresses:

Odia Lekhani should be ଫୋନେଟିକ
ଟରନସଲିତେରତିଓନ should be \x14ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଲି\x14ଟରେସନ

Out of scope of an atomic bug report is this request:

ହୋନେତିକ - To be removed, not required

This should be requested in a separate report, as indicated before. I would advise you to provide more reasoning than "not required", though. Otherwise I predict a high chance of it getting closed as "WONTFIX" because there is no reason provided for the change request.

Not actionable are these requests:

ଈନସକରିପତ should be ଇନସ୍କ୍ରିପ୍ଟ
ଈନସକରିପତ2 should be ଇନସ୍କ୍ରିପ୍ଟ

ଫୋନେଟିକ is the same as "Lekhani". The community doesn't want to use the name "Lekhani" and use "Phonetic" (ଫୋନେଟିକ) so, please replace "ଫୋନେଟିକ" layout from the backend and keep only Lekhani. Lekhani's display name should be: ଫୋନେଟିକ and description should be "Odia Phonetic layout"

There is a gap in between the letters, the correct one would be: ଟ୍ରାନ୍‌ସଲିଟରେସନ

Is there a need for Inscript2 (ଇନସ୍କ୍ରିପ୍ଟ2)? none from the community has asked for it.

Please keep the layouts in this format:

ଫୋନେଟିକ (Which is Lekhani)
ଟ୍ରାନ୍‌ସଲିଟରେସନ (Transliteration)
ଇନସ୍କ୍ରିପ୍ଟ (Inscript)
ଇନସ୍କ୍ରିପ୍ଟ2 (Inscript2)

Subhashish, Can you please file this as a new bug report, with a description that explicitly mentions about a 'request for removal'? It'll help the Odia community as well as the developers track about when/why the IM was removed. Searching within a comment of this bug would be hard. Thanks.
