Just like the topic, when we change the language between zh-hans, zh-hant , zh-hk, zh-sg, zh-mo, zh-cn, etc. the websit will auto transfer to tools.wmflabs.org and tell me "page not found". Please fix this bug.

Redirecting to meta has some sense, redirecting to tools.wmflabs.org seems very unlikely...
I again wonder where that code is related (Gadget? Cannot see anything in https://zh.wikivoyage.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css and .js)

Go to zh.wikivoyage.org, and select an item from the dropdown next to the "talk" tab. You should get a page written in a different language variant (as seen on zhwiki, for example). Instead you get a 404.
Variants seems not to be enabled on zhwikivoyage. Maybe a missing setting in InitialiseSettings.

Yes, in https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/main.conf there're some lines like
Alias /zh /usr/local/apache/common/docroot/wikipedia.org/w/index.php
which need to copied to the Wikivoyage section.

Change 110155 had a related patch set uploaded by TTO:
Add variant rewrites for zhwikivoyage

That -1 is for some technical inconsistency between configuration files, not for any disagreement in consensus.
It isn't a normal bug ,please change the importance to "high" and change the severity to "critical". Because the bug blocks language converting completely.
