Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start with a blank page.
  1. Go to Page settings.
  1. Tick both redirect-related boxes, but don't provide a page name.
  1. Apply changes.

Results:
It sets STATICREDIRECT, which is not pointful on an otherwise blank page.

Hmm. This shouldn't be possible – I think this is the same issue as bug 61864.
